The entire staff was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. They are knowledgeable about vehicles and give honest advice about all your options. The company is NOT there to meet their own interest and persuade you to make the most expensive decision. They truly are their to SERVE you and do it in the most economic solution to meet the customer's needs. My experience there was exemplary and worthy of 5 stars. When my vehicle was towed there, they made the experience comforting. Since the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle, they were there to give me options. The outcome was to donate our vehicle, which meant that Portland Rescue Mission could not pick up the vehicle for about a week or so and they were willing to store my vehicle there for NO charge. This type of SERVICE is found nowhere!!! Also, they gave me a loaner vehicle at no charge as well. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!! I know you will not be disappointed. ~Ray Castro~

This was my first experience with having a car serviced at Du Fresne's, although since a stop on a walk months ago I've been on the mailing list and receiving the interesting monthly news letter. It was a fine experience. Communications about the appointment were efficient and friendly. COVID 19 adaptions were effective yet non-obstructive and assiduously followed. The work on my car was completed on schedule. I will be returning to this neighborhood shop for future (hopefully distant future) work on my cars.
