I will never bring my vehicles anywhere else but DuFresne's. As a single mom with 2 teenage sons, I have had more than my share of negative experiences at other shops. From day one, Preston treated me with kindness and respect. Any time I have an issue with one of my cars, he always goes above and beyond to make sure that we are cared for. As a nurse, Preston appreciates how much safety and clear communication are priorities for me. He is honest, trustworthy, and knows how to explain complex scenarios to someone who is not a mechanic. I am new to Portland area and found Du Fresne’s and could not be more pleased! The service was great from dropping my car off to picking it up, it had even been vacuumed! I will definitely be returning.

I just had my car serviced again and I love the integrity of Du Fresne's repair shop. They tell you what needs fixing, and what doesn't. Last November I had a list of things another shop told me I needed done and 2/3 of the list was not needed. They prioritized the remaining items for me. This time they replaced the spark plugs. Great, honest, friendly people.

Took my car in for an oil change and brake inspection. Great service as always! My brakes need replacing soon, but there was no pressure to do it that day. I'll definitely be bringing my car back later when it's time!
