For 24 years we have trusted the folks at Dufresne's Auto to take care of both big and small needs on our cars and we fully appreciate their team work, flexibility and quality. We simply like their people and trust the quality of their work - our kids drive these cars and if I didn't trust their workmanship, we wouldn't put our kids in the car!

This is my second vehicle that I brought to them and they are an outstanding TEAM!! If anyone has a Nissan Quest out there and you are having problems with anything, I mean anything, you need to bring your vehicle to them. They are very knowledgeable and their communication is fantastic. This is how awesome they are: Preston, from Du Fresne's Auto Repair, ordered a part for my vehicle and it was supposed to come that same day......it never showed up because the person delivering the item lost it!! Anyway, he went out of his way to purchase it directly from the Nissan Dealership, which the cost is outrageous, and didn't charge me anything extra. Their mechanics are truly great and they really know what they are doing and they DO NOT sabotage your vehicle just to increase their bottom line revenue. I highly recommend them to do all of your automotive needs!!!! I want to challenge ALL of you out there to bring your vehicle to them (put them to the test) so that you will experience the sincere, honest, reliable and GREAT work that they do!!! You will NOT be disappointed instead you will boast and brag to your family and friends about how trustworthy the are and recommend them to everyone you know!!! I have NEVER experienced this family like atmosphere in an Auto Repair Shop.......

The entire staff was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. They are knowledgeable about vehicles (OLD & NEW) and give honest advice about all your options. The company is NOT there to meet their own interest and persuade you to make the most expensive decision. They truly are their to SERVE you and do it in the most economic solution to meet the customer's needs. My experience there was exemplary and worthy of 5-STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. When my vehicle was towed there, they made the experience comforting. Since the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle, they were there to give me options. The outcome was to donate our vehicle, which meant that Portland Rescue Mission could not pick up the vehicle for about a week or so and they were willing to store my vehicle there for NO charge. This type of SERVICE is found nowhere!!! Also, they gave me a loaner vehicle at no charge as well. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE!!! I know you will not be disappointed. 🙂🙂~Ray Castro~🙂🙂

I'm a loyal Du Fresne's customer and have been for years. The ladies at the counter are always great about setting me up with a loaner car (if I need one) or dropping me off at the bus/MAX station so I can get to work. Mechanics Preston & Marco are fantastic at making sure I know what to expect, what they find, and helping me prioritize my maintenance and non-urgent repairs so I can budget for them. I'm not a "car guy", so they take the time to give me as many details as I need and answer all my questions until I feel like I can make an informed decision. I know I'm in good hands and always drive off the lot in great shape, with complete peace of mind!

What a great place to take your car/truck for maintenance. Friendly, professional, affordable and all wrapped around incredible customer service. It's how I remember auto mechanics from when I first started driving (it's been many years)...and yet, they still exist in present day. Thank you to everyone working there for taking care of the truck that is my workhorse and number one tool.

Du Fresno’s is the best! Helpful, fair, fast, quality service. They have great hours with a lot of drop off availability. They always call before they make any decisions on their own, and walk you through all of your options. They’re quick to offer a loaner car if you need it. I can’t say enough good things about Du Fresno’s!

Very solid repair shop. They are very attentive to Customers' questions, do a very good job at diagnosing issues, execute quality work, and offer a lot of value for your $$. Also - the coffee is really good! FYI - I've had my Honda and Volvo cars in here and they've done great work.
