PORTLAND AUTO REPAIR

I have been going to Du Fresne's for a few years and love them Very honest and great service. They saved the day recently. See below what a dealership tried to pull on me. I had our car into Toyota of Portland to get a recall issue fixed. It had something to do with the airbag. No charge of course. They contacted me advising me the front timing cover was leaking and needed to be fixed. They noticed it while doing the airbag work. $1200 quote. I said no thank you and then scheduled the car at Du Fresne's to check it out. They confirmed my suspicion, that there is nothing wrong with my car. Du Fresne's just saved me $1200. Thank you.

Well, the DU FRESNE'S AUTO REPAIR TEAM has done it again..... My 2011 Nissan Quest has been completely serviced to my satisfaction and more. I am telling everyone I know to, "Take your vehicle(s) to them and I guarantee, you will not be disappointed". Marco, one of their mechanics, is very kind-hearted and is willing to go above and beyond his duties. Very easy to work with, communicates well and is knowledgeable about all areas of your vehicle. You will not find a TEAM out there like the one at Du Fresne's Auto Repair. They always explain things in layman's terms and want you to ask questions so you completely understand all issues at hand with your vehicle. This is NOT an establishment that gives you excuses and creates more problems with your vehicle so you can come back. They rely on their, HONESTY, EXPERTISE and TRUST with all customers, which transcends a TRUSTWORTHY relationship that everyone desires.
