Great trusting people and if you live in the neighborhood, you can't beat the convenience. I've never had any issues other than high prices. They do a great job. However, it's rare to find an independent shop that is more expensive than the dealership. They quoted me $760 for a job the dealership would've done for $480. That's a 58% increase in cost. When I pointed that out, they were nice and lowered their price to $650. If you want a mechanic you can trust and don't mind the added cost go with them. However, with that price increase, I will be shopping elsewhere for future repairs.
Are you Ted Dowen, a customer since the 1st day at this location?There will never be that much difference between the dealer and our shop price wise. We are usually much less. I wonder what they were leaving out that we included. The dealer had not looked at your car, we had. Sorry we disappointed you.
