My dad recommended I take my car here because they do such an amazing job. My experience was so smooth, I had multiple things go wrong on my car and they helped me understand what was important to fix and what could wait so I could afford to pay my bill. I highly recommend bring your car here if you need anything, big or small. Being a young woman who knows next to nothing about cars I felt absolutely taken car of and not at all taken advantage up. 10/10 will be referring my friends.

I always feel like I'm getting the absolute straight story on my car repairs from the team at DuFresne's. Needed and suggested work is explained in detail and is accompanied by the estimated cost of repairs, which never disappoints. In short, I get quality service without the crazy rates that dealer service departments charge these days.

Due to covid I began working from home and not driving, doing so killed my battery and alternator. I called around to a few places and while Du Fresne's wasn't the cheapest option, I know I made the right choice. I had my car towed there and they had the part ordered and my car repaired by the next day. They didn't try to upsell me anything and they didn't talk down to me just because I'm a woman. I will absolutely return should I need future service on any of my vehicles.

Very nice locally owned business. I thought my brakes were due for service, but they confirmed I still had some lifetime on my brake pads and sent me on my way. It saved me money to delay the service..Thank you

Took in a 1997 Honda CRV and got a complete inspection with details and cost of fixing various items. We had just purchased this vehicle for a teenage driver. Preston called with the estimate and discussed pros/cons of doing some of the work. It was nice to have a choice and know what to expect! I highly recommend this shop for its integrity, excellent work and customer service.
