The vehicle was troublesome on and off for a year before I took it to Dufresnes. A major Ford dealership had rendered a diagnosis 10 months prior and charged a huge price for their "expertise". When the problem persisted, my son suggested Dufresnes. They kept the car for a long time until the issue could be recreated, replaced the faulty sensor that the Ford dealership had completely missed and then kept it a little longer to be sure the issue was resolved. Great people, thorough and professional! Thanks Dufresnes!

Dufresnes provided me with great service for my two "older" Toyotas from 2009 until 2016, when I "retired" them both for a new Toyota. Had some issues with new Toyota at the two year plus mark, and went to Dufresnes. They educated me that new car warranty was still in effect, and recommended I use that warranty at Dealer instead of giving them my money. That is real HONESTY!! Thanks Preston. And continuing with DuFresnes in 2021....still great service...
