No upselling, just straight to tne point and sensible approach to the issue. The loaner vehicle provided also made dropping the car off, so they could take the time, super easy. Ill definitely be returning for all my cars needs.

After years of servicing my Toyota FJ at a dealership I asked DuFresne's to sanity check a laundry list of "needed repairs" cited by the dealership. Of five items that would have totaled $10K, DuFresnes said I only needed one of the items repaired. I saved over $9K. I've shared that story with many people.
