Very professional from the moment I called and inquired about an appointment. I took my car here after a referral from a friend when we saw the previous shop I went to was trying to overcharge me for parts alone. Du Fresnes did a diagnostic for my check engine light that was giving 5 errors and were able to attribute the problem to replacing one part where the previous shop wanted to replace every part referenced by the error codes, even my 6 month old thermostat. No BS service here. They took care of my issues efficiently and didn't try to scare me into paying for additional services even though I know there's other issues ill need looked at soon. I'll likely bring my car back here when I can afford the next round of maintenance. I really appreciate the quality work, Du Fresnes.
