Once again, I had my Ford Ranger serviced at Dufresnes, and once again they fixed the issue, and charged a fair price. The folks there are friendly as well.

Daughter stuck on the roadside in my truck on a 95 degree Saturday afternoon - Labor Day Weekend! Knew I couldn’t repair this one myself but where to have it towed? Called Defresne’s at close to 5pm and thank the lord, Nancy picked up despite the fact the Ducks were coming on. She patiently helped me with some diagnosis questions, took all my info, gave me drop off instructions and the rest of the repair went promptly come the following Tuesday morning.

Excellent service. Best brake repair and axles in Portland, or Beaverton. It's like taking your car to family they're honest and quick. They even loaned me a car so I could get to work easier. They are so good.

We took my wife's 2007 Lexus RX 350 in because the "check engine light" was on and they helped us get everything fixed. We dropped the car off on a Friday morning and retrieved it Tuesday afternoon. Their communication was wonderful and did a fantastic job giving us options for fixing with the price associated to each option. My parents have gone to them for years and as long as we're in Portland we'll be returning for our car needs!

I have been with Dufresne's for 3 decades. They expertly took care of my 79 Honda Civic, My Toyota FourRunner, my '78Toyota HiLux pickup, my wife's 2000 Subaru Forrester, her '92 Camaro, and my 03 Toyota Sequoia. I have never had any issues with their work. Preston and Marcos are very knowledgeable, and I'm sure I'm getting my money's worth with them. In short, wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
