Great customer service! Honest, reliable, and fair prices in my experience so far. They've been very accommodating to work with me in scheduling repairs for my Honda, and even offer a loaner car for qualifying service repairs.

I was very impressed with the thorough service I received from Du Fresne's Auto Service. I received a phone call from one of the mechanics who explained everything to me. Everything I want fixed on my vehicle was completed. This is a very honest business and I will be using them only now in the future.

Very pleasant experience with Du Fresne's so far! I have a camper van that needs to be worked on frequently. I am glad I found them. The staff is pleasant, and the mechanics are quick and knowledgable. Scheduling has also been easy.

I've always taken my Subaru to a dealership for repairs. I know they are a pain to work on and you need a bit of expertise to understand the what and the why. After a few TERRIBLE experiences at my local Subaru Dealership, I decided to try my new friends at Du Fresne's. My first call was so pleasant. The woman I spoke to was very kind and understanding. We scheduled an appointment for a week out (unheard of for a local shop, from my experience). AND THEY HAVE COURTESY VEHICLES (Subaru here charges $50/day... and they were "out" when I asked for one). I dropped the car off in the morning and picked up my courtesy vehicle. The whole process was maybe 10 minutes. I received a call 2 hours later, explaining the damages and the cost. I accepted and figured I'd wait a week or so for the repairs to be completed. THEY FINISHED THEM THE SAME DAY. Replaced my front wheel bearing, and my breaks, incredible. The car works like a dream now, and I'm so happy with my experience and the opportunity to support a great local business.

As always...great Service! DuFresne's is located close to our home... and they take good care of the 2 cars in our family, plus a truck we own. We will continue to come back here for the honest and reliable Service they provide. Thank you so much!

I arrived with a few questions that they answered professionally. First time ever to have my vehicle serviced here and they did a wonderful job. The Check engine light was on and they diagnosed it to be a faulty fuel sending unit in the gas tank. They also recommended to have the fuel pump and filter changed at the same time. I've been wanting to find a reliable auto shop and I believe I did. Thank you for getting my vehicle back on road so promptly. Also, Thank You for the loaner car.

Marco is one of the most knowledgeable and conscientious mechanics that I have ever worked with. I drove away feeling like a valued customer. Kindest repair shop. They helped a tired nurse out by quickly diagnosing my Prius’s problem and gave great advice. Extremely reasonable prices. Best auto repair shop experience I have ever had and if I need a future repair, I shall definitely go to Du Fresnes!
