DuFresne's is a refreshing "throwback" auto shop. They're that neighborhood auto shop your parents went to where the price was fair, the communication was honest and the work was timely and effective. We started going to DuFresne's a few years ago and have referred three family members and our neighbors also. We appreciate having DuFresne's in our neighborhood.

Great group of people. I trust their work and advice. I have been going here for 10+ years. I've had a Dodge truck, Chrysler 300 and our current Honda Pilot worked on by then. Never any issues. They have courtesy cars too which is really convenient.

Fast and efficient for my car service

I have been to Dufresne's a handful of times over the past few years. They have always been honest and transparent. While my most recent visit came with a gut-punch of a diagnosis (bad transmission), I appreciate the communication and transparency of the folks at Dufresne's. The cost of the assessment was provided before the assessment, and was a fair price. I trust the folks at Dufresne's and will continue to use them in the future.

As always DuFrense's came through for me and managed to get me scheduled for new brakes at the tail end of the big December brake sale. So grateful. They are always so accommodating making sure I have a loaner car and letting me pick it up the evening before my scheduled appointment since I work early in the mornings. After inspection they saw that all I needed was rear brakes and that I could wait a while for my front brakes. I trust them totally to make the needed decisions on my car.
