PORTLAND AUTO REPAIR

We are new to Portland and this was our first time with a car issue. So glad we found Du Fresne! Nancy was so thorough when scheduling the appointment and even called back to confirm some information. Preston and his team checked everything so thoroughly then provided us with an extensive report on our vehicle. Everyone was friendly and professional. We’ll definitely go back when the need arises.

This is the first time I have had my vehicle in this shop for repair. I recently moved and needed to find a reliable, knowledgeable and honest shop. Dufresne was recommended to me and they came through. They were knowledgeable, honest and timely with repairs. They fixed my AC for a reasonable amount so it’s now cold again. They also diagnosed my starter as the source of the noise I was hearing but let me know I should take it back to my old shop since the part might still be under warranty (turns out it was). I will use Dufresne again!

Everyone there at Du Fresne's went over and above in taking care of us. Preston always takes time to explain the work in detail. We've taken 3 of our cars there over the years and we're always satisfied!

This is my second visit with my car. Both times they were able to get me in at a time a could be there. Their work is amazing and the staff and mechanics are awesome. I’m so happy with the care of my car! I really love they have a loaner that I can use!!! I will be their client forever!!!

Another good visit to Dufresne's. The shop were friendly and understanding of what I wanted, they serviced my 2004 Sienna with 300,000 + miles and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want or need. I travel for work and have lived in multiple cities across the US and this is one of the best shops I have encountered, they're honest and efficient. I'll be using them again.
