We had a great experience with Du Fresne. The first time we brought our car in, they could not replicate the problem, and we appreciated that they did not come up with somethig to repair. Later, when the problem resurfaced, they figured it out, explained it, and fixed it. The mechanic even came in on his day off to meet the deadline he had given me. The price was fair and reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. I'll be going back for any future mechanical needs.

I've taken my car here a few times for oil changes and fluid flushes, but recently I had some clutch issues and decided DuFresne's would be better than a dealer. They did a great repair job for a reasonable price; I never get the sense that I'm being bilked out of money or scammed here, I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

My battery was dead. A jump-start fixed it once, but it died again 24-hours later. I'm a single lady who works downtown so they agreed for me to come in 6am and wait in the lobby. They offered to drive me to the Max station if my car was not finished in time for work. I had no one to help me with transportation the this was a huge relief. My neighbor helped me jump my car at 5:45am, I was there by 6 and out by 7:30 with a well oiled machine of a car. Thank you!!
