Have had many vehicles serviced by many car care facilities....none compares to Du Fresne's...technical knowledge, customer care, value...plus Steve, Marco, Teresa and the others, excellence without parallel!!!

Having had past repeated trouble at other repair shops I didn't know where to take my car. Since Du Fresne's was close to where I lived I decided to give them a try. They got the work done fast and ahead of schedule. But the next day I heard a grinding noise with sharp left turns that wasn't there before. I thought, "What did they mess up this time and did I get ripped off?" Marco went with us for a test drive and showed me the plastic piece that had slipped out from the undercarriage due to age of the car and fixed it in 5 minutes. Very professional, very honest, a great place to go and thanks again Marco.

I really appreciate the extra effort to keep one informed as the car issue gets worked out. You always know how much it will cost and there are no surprises. It means a lot to have someone you can trust for your car repairs.

Having been treated with distain and dishonesty at Beaverton Honda for way too long we spent considerable time trying to find an Honest auto repair establishment. After having our coolant system repaired we heard some scraping under the car with any sharp left turn the next day. We brought the car back and a plastic undercarriage piece had slipped down after the radiator had been removed during the original repair.Marco and I looked together under the car, it was repaired in 2 minutes and we were on our way. DuFresne's took me back to my home, then picked me up again later that day when my car was ready. This service is very helpful as my 2 alternative rides couldn't help me after all. Steve gave me a thorough explanation, even though it wasn't great news, about a window malfunction... but also gave me a discount. Honesty and helpful service keeps me coming back to DuFresne's.

I have had a multitude of vehicles, and various repair/maintenance shops in different areas of the country, but none has even come close to the quality of service and customer care that I have experienced since discovering Du Fresne's almost 3 years ago. I have 2 vehicles that are different makes and years, and they have been taken care of with exceptional skill and love by Marco (my mechanic, and also the customer care exhibited by Steve, T, and Teresa have no parallel.No company is perfect, but this is as close as it comes.

I have used a few auto repair shops in the area, and have not always been happy with the results. When I brought my old Buick in for service, I agreed with the recommendation that an inspection should be performed prior to working on my car. I was called within 60 minutes and given a detailed report, and also advised as to whether it would be economically sound to put additional monies in to my old car. The serviceman was honest and reliable and did not even attempt to convince me to spend money that was not necessary. I highly recommend this shop. I will definitely return for future repair needs.

We have been taking our cars to Du Fresne's for over 20 years and we are always confident that our cars will receive excellent repair service. The owner, Nancy, and staff, are all friendly, competent and professional in the service they deliver.

We had a great experience with Du Fresne. The first time we brought our car in, they could not replicate the problem, and we appreciated that they did not come up with somethig to repair. Later, when the problem resurfaced, they figured it out, explained it, and fixed it. The mechanic even came in on his day off to meet the deadline he had given me. The price was fair and reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. I'll be going back for any future mechanical needs.
