Took my vehicle in for a oxygen sensor replacement (about a $200 job). They were worked with me to coordinate drop off and pick up of my vehicle "after hours", due to my work schedule. After diagnosis, the technician called me and explained what they had found (and recommended an additional $1000 in repairs - not entirely unexpected, as it is a 10 yr old vehicle with 160k miles on it). I didn't want to spend that much, so I just had them replace the faulty sensor, which they were happy to do (no pressure to do more), and the car is running fine at the moment. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would take my vehicle there again.
