Techs are awesome- my husband and neighbors swear by this shop, and have used them in the past. Came in today & Owner was inarticulate about cars, but fired a bunch of unhelpful questions, and fell over a propane tank she had unsafely stored in aisle. I asked to speak to a mechanic so I could have a productive conversation about my vehicle. Owner and other lady (family member? unprofessional appearance)glared at me and whispered as I spoke with the tech. Odd. But the tech, was fantastic. He offered for Owner to give me 5 minute ride- she was clearly annoyed, and discussed her personal business about having a medical appt. The men are great workers and strong communicators, but I went with another shop, as this shop had no loaner cars available. All of us in West Hills/Forest Heights swear by this shop's services- esp German vehicles- just be sure circumvent the women answering the phones.

I took my car into Du Fresne's to check out some rough running conditions and a check engine light. They were able to get my car in and start working on it the next day. Without the tools and expertise to troubleshoot the problem myself, I hoped that they could find the solution and of course they did. The issue ended up being something far different than I would have ever thought to look for. Most importantly, Du Fresne's always called me when they said they would call, and kept me in the loop throughout the process; I really appreciated that. They were even completely willing to go over the details of the repairs throughout the process and answer my numerous questions.

My husband was just released from the hospital, and our two cars suddenly needed immediate attention. Not only did Nancy/Gina/Steve fit us in, took care of everything in 24 hours, but also gave our son a ride home to help out. What more could one ask? Terrific service.

We can always count on Du Fresne's to fix our cars in a timely manner at a fair cost (cheaper than the dealer!) The Car Care Club they offer is a great way to get some deals. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been taking both of my cars to DuFresne's for about 3 years now and have never been disappointed with the service. The quality of of customer service and mechanical service is excellent and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommened DuFresne's to anyone.
