I have found the level of customer service to be very good. I have had several estimates done on my vehicle to determine what really needs to be fixed. I received a very detailed description of the problems and the cost to have them fixed. I am taking the approach of getting them done in order of importance. They have been very helpful in letting me know what the priority is in regards to safety first. As I save the money I work my way down the list. So far the repairs have been within the estimate and the repairs were done correctly.

My car had issues starting during cold days. I brought the car into Du Fresne's auto repair. They are very friendly and called me right after they found the problem. They gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone which is a lot less than I thought. The whole experience is very friendly and they do treat you like a family member.
