You people are terrific. I'd especially like to applaud the man on the check in/out desk - and, forgive me, for forgetting your name. If you tell me, I'll write it down and, hopefully remember it next time. He was kind enough to jump up from his seat and open the door for me when I left after paying my bill. (I'm disabled and opening doors isn't easy). All of you rate an extra +++++ for your service.

Quotes were accurate, they called me to report on progress and when I had asked them to. The bill was easy to understand. Telephone personel were courteous and knowledgable.

I continue to return to Du Fresne's as they are fairly priced and get my car done in a timely manner. They are cheaper than the Mercedes dealer by far but I don't compromise the level of service.
