Very good. Du Fresne's worked me in without an appointment on a busy day and fixed the problem for a very small amount of money. Didn't even give me a hard time about abusing my old Pontiac by letting things go too long...

The mechanic who worked on my beat-down '01 Honda Accord, Steve, really, really took the time, both pre & post service, to answer all my (newbie) questions.In my opinion, what seperates this auto repair shop from the others out there, is the great lengths they all go to to ensure that you, the customer, is always satisfied with the explanation of what they did, why it needed to be done, and the cost of the parts and/or labor.You don't drive away wondering if that part really did need replacing because they've taken the time to show you your original worn-out part; you've also learned how it might/would have affected the rest of your car (Read: $$$) if you hadn't decided to replace/repair it.

Staff was friendly and was able to set up an appointment for me quickly. What I found nice was that they emailed me the estimate for approval before starting work. They also put in writing all their extra advice/observations/opinions - not just verbally, which could be misunderstood. My car needed some engine work done. I found they did a good job and would not hesitate to go back in the future.

WE have found most people really like receiving their estimates by e-mail. Technology can be wonderful.
