The mechanic who worked on my beat-down '01 Honda Accord, Steve, really, really took the time, both pre & post service, to answer all my (newbie) questions.In my opinion, what seperates this auto repair shop from the others out there, is the great lengths they all go to to ensure that you, the customer, is always satisfied with the explanation of what they did, why it needed to be done, and the cost of the parts and/or labor.You don't drive away wondering if that part really did need replacing because they've taken the time to show you your original worn-out part; you've also learned how it might/would have affected the rest of your car (Read: $$$) if you hadn't decided to replace/repair it.
