We've been going to Du Fresne's for 2 years since moving to Portland. They came highly recommended and we have not been disappointed! Thorough car inspections and clear explanations of any work needed. Not pushy! Friendly staff and mechanics. We are very happy with all aspects of our auto service company.

As always my experience with Du Fresne's Auto Service was perfect. The job was done quickly and expertly. I have confidence my car, Sweet Pea, the X B, is being well taken care of. All the people who work there are friendly and respectful. I love it that the inside of the car has been cleaned.

Always love seeing the Crawfords and the tradition of naming their vehicles. To name just a few. Boris the Taurus and Mary Lou the Subaru. Now we have Sweet Pea the XB.

The shop was polite and professional on the phone when making my appointment. The work was completed in the estimated time frame with no surprises. They explained to me in clear language all that was done on my car. I have been here before and would return again for other service work.

Pretty good, it ended up costing about 20% than they quoted me and taking quite a bit longer than I was expecting. But after picking it up and realizing that I still had a light out (after coming into get another light fixed, the mechanic (Ty?) came out and found the light and replaced the bulb, free of charge. Compared to a dealership this shop is really a pleasant experience.

Our main goal is to do the job correctly the first time, with good customer service. Hope we have a new long term customer. I have moved from the area to downtown Portland, but I prefer to continue to go to Dufresne's for my auto service. I trust them, their work, and I appreciate the extra care and service I receive. This last visit, I was delayed when returning to pick up my car. Steve was so kind to wait for me to arrive. Another example of the great service Dufresne's provides.Thank you!
