We brought our tire in to be repaired with no appointment, having just had a flat. Drove away with the spare but the flat was all fixed and ready to be put back on in a short time. We really appreciate Du Fresne's always helpful and efficient service.

Great Service!

I know things happen but having been told a simple head light change had been completed only to drive off the lot and 15 minutes realize that, no, the headlight was not working made an already inconvenient thing such as a car repair even more so by having to deal with it yet again.

As usual there was a next day appointment a clear analysis of the problem and then a solution. Not bad for a 24 hour engagement.

Personable, knowledgeable and fair. My son took his truck in for an unknown issue, one of those "it makes this ticking noise" kind of things. Instead of going to costly repairs immediately when the true nature of the problem was not immediately apparent, they recommended a minimum treatment and to review the results. Sometime cars are as much an art as science and I am pleased that they worked to help my son solve the problem. It builds trust and that is worthy of 5 stars.

Dare I say this is the cutest auto shop I've ever seen!?! Who ever says that? From reception, to the little coffee shop and of course the auto shop itself, everything is a pleasant experience. More importantly, the people who work here are top of the line stellar! They took great care of my car, charged me an honest rate and even provide loaner vehicles on site! I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or kept out of the loop of what was actually happening with my car. Having a car break down or need repairs is always a frustrating experience but going to Du Fresne's makes inevitable car failures a positive one because not only do they follow through and fix what is broken, you also drive away feeling happy that great, honest and friendly people still run fantastic, dependable and local businesses.
