How unfortunate this didn't work out. I was basically pleaded through mail offers to come check out their shop and see what amazing work they can do. I came in and redeemed an offer which included several services for a flat rate. I dropped my car off and all seemed well until I came in to pick it back up. I was charged $35 above the offer stated due to some very shady wording in the offer. I was never contacted about this increase in price, and I even stated in writing when I dropped off the car that I wanted the deal that I was sent in the mail. I tried to talk calmly with employees about how this seemed like a big misunderstanding, and was greeted with condescending statements on their part, insulting my ability to comprehend what they had sent me in the mail. I was interested in making this my new auto repair shop since I recently moved to the area, but unfortunately I have to say this shop is now a no go for me. It seems that the mechanics are nice and know how to talk to people, but the waiting room staff would rather see you out the door the next possible chance.
I am so sorry we did not live up to Andrew's expectation. We really do try very hard to treat our customers as we would like to be treated. With that said, let me explain. For new customers moving into our area we offer a conventional oil change up to 5 qts of oil synthetic oil change extra, free brake inspection free tire rotation, wash window and a 70 point inspection with a value of $90.98 for only $16.99. It states also that there would be $20.00 off of a synthetic oil change. It is hard to price all synthetics at a particular price as some have very expensive filters and can take up to 12 quarts of synthetic oil. He paid $49.99 for a 5 quart synthetic plus 70 point inspection, brake inspection and tire rotation, washed his window and vacuum his vehicle. He had dropped his car overnight and had written on the drop envelope "Services from offer flier, brakes are wobbly, oil change synthetic, vacuum/wash window tire rotation.
