A detailed estimate was delivered by e-mail and an omitted labor charge was explained to me in advance of the work being started. Rather than do something that I suggested, further inspection revealed it was unnecessary. I appreciate their integrity for not running up the repair bill and then explaining why the repair was not required. I intend to be a repeat customer.
