Took in a 1997 Honda CRV and got a complete inspection with details and cost of fixing various items. We had just purchased this vehicle for a teenage driver. Preston called with the estimate and discussed pros/cons of doing some of the work. It was nice to have a choice and know what to expect! I highly recommend this shop for its integrity, excellent work and customer service.

Having taken cars to dealerships my entire life, Du Fresne’s was a pleasant departure from the factory-like upselling of services. When a mechanic takes the time to talk to you rather than playing a telephone game with sales reps, it makes the automotive retail experience a little more palatable. I’ll be taking more vehicles there moving forward.
