PORTLAND AUTO REPAIR

The AC on my 2012 Ford Fusion was blowing warm air and I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to get it fixed before the 100 degree weather this week. They had me in and out within a day and even had a loaner car for me to use while my car was in the shop. Everyone was friendly, thorough and professional. My AC works so well now, it blows out ice cold air! Thank you Du Fresne! Will definitely come back again. Also just learned from another review that they are woman -owned! So cool!

The past month has been filled with lots of unfortunate circumstances but the light in all of this was Du Fresne's Auto Service's customer service and quick repair. Our car stopped working at the beginning of Rush hour, AAA towed us to Du Fresne's, who stayed open to receive the car. Hospitality was amazing. They were quick (and thorough) to diagnose the next morning and made repairs accordingly. All service was transparent and honest. Repairs fairly priced. Got us back on the road in no time. Thank you!

I came here for an oil change/wheel rotation. Staff is incredibly friendly, and prices are very reasonable. When my sideview mirror came apart, they assessed and fixed it free of charge the same day. This is a local business that I love to support!

DuFresne’s does a great job of getting repairs done quickly. When I’ve asked if there’s any additional work to keep my 23 year old Lexus running Preston never presses for more than necessary, even if I’m willing to pay for extra work. Honest and great service!

Not only did Dufresne’s fix my truck right away at the right price, they contacted me the next day to say they found a rebate on the parts and there was a gift card on the way. I don’t take our cars anywhere else.
